1) Abstract:

This class is an introduction to PIC32MZ series, 32-bit MCUs (up to 2 MB Live-Update Flash and 512 KB SRAM) with Audio and Graphics Interfaces, HS USB, Ethernet, and Advanced Analog. It covers PIC32MZ architecture & key features, such as clock configuration, MIPS M14Kec microAptiv™ core (DSP, L1 cache, MMU and microMIPS) and External Memory interfaces (via EBI and SQI). It includes the high speed (EBI, SQI, USB) and low speed peripherals (SPI (I2S), UART, I2C™,CAN). It also introduces the usage and benefit of the next generation of peripheral and middleware support libraries (Harmony) for embedded systems based on Microchip's microcontrollers. This class will also show some specific applications to attendees, such as, Human Machine interface (HMI), Wireless / Wire connectivity, Consumer Audio, etc.
